This class is for students that want more instruction & more class time working on challenging poses without the additional time & cost of a workshop. In this class, we will warm up with some stretching & opening poses & Sun A Salutations. We will spend 30 minutes, workshop style, on challenging poses like crow, side crow, peacock, fallen angel, headstand & handstand. The last 15 minutes of class will consist of the typical poses for stretching & opening, restorative supine poses & savasana.
